Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
If for some reason you are not happy with your giddyup or giddyupgirl item please return it to us for a FULL REFUND. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. We do not refund if you simply change your mind. The item must be in the original purchase condition with tags attached so we can process your refund. Send an email to email@example.com and let us know you're sending it back and why (just so we can look out for it). Please place a note in the bag explaining what you would like us to do.
If you're returning it because you don't like it or it's the wrong size or something; that's totally ok. Send it back, and in the email let us know what you'd like us to do. Perhaps refund the purchase price, less postage, and we'll take care of it. We're nice people, just like you, and we want to be fair to you.
When you send the item back to us, be sure to include your contact details, email, phone number, and postal address, and include a self addressed post bag for re-delivery within Australia. If you're returning an item you bought from outside Australia, send us an email and we'll work it out with you. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
We are really proud of our collection of equestrian clothing, jodhpurs, breeches, show jackets, belts, equestrian gear, competition shirts, show jackets, riding shirts, horse riding vests, equestrian ties and anything equestrian. We want you to be proud of them too! If you're not, then you've got to let us know so we can sort things out with you.
